Dick Guthrie unveils the building plaque and receives a certificate of Dedication as the Company B Barracks for the 1st Battalion, 50th Infantry is named "Shipley Barracks" in honor of SGT Drew D. Shipley. Dick Guthrie Commanded Company B in Vietnam when Shipley was killed in action.
