Wendell Barnes was with "A" Company from September of 1967 until August of 1968. He  served with the 1st Squad of the 1st Platoon where he reached the rank of Sergeant E5 and Duties as the Squad Leader.
Wendell fought in the Battle of An Bao and wrote a personal account for our "War Stories" section.
