On the Left is a picture of 8 Inch Hill I took from a chopper during 1967-68....not sure exactly when. On the right is a view of the same location from above and from the other side of the location during construction. I copied the photo from the right from Ray Sarlins Photos. I have no Idea where he got it....since it likely was taken before he arrived with the 1/50th.  I thought it would make a nice combination to post the two photos together. You can see Highway 1 where it takes the zig-zag through LZ Uplift in the upper left of Ray's photo....as well as a portion of LZ Uplift in the upper reaches of the same photo.
