Addition To The List Of Our Honored Dead
Posted: Mon Apr 28, 2014 1:09 amI'm sorry to report that one of our brothers recently died: Leo Ryan, Medic A Co. 1968 died two days ago after a long battle with cancer. His family was at his bedside at his home in Thousand Palms, California. Leo was 67 and his survivors include a wife, daughter, son-in-law, and several grand children.
"Doc Ryan" was one of the survivors of the fateful May 5, 1968 Battle and his actions that day were intertwined with fellow survival Doc Fitzgerald's on that horrific day.
Funeral services are being held in Riverside, California on Wednesday, April 30th. I have more information for any of our association members who might be able to attend, so please email me privately.
