On Friday morning, as has become our tradition, we attended the graduation ceremony of a 50th Infantry Training Company.
This year, Company B drew the honors. A complete surprise to us as we got off the busses was a "welcome home" throng of parents and friends of the graduates!
They stood and forced us to "run the gauntlet" of their applause and pats on the back! It was an emotional moment and one we will not soon forget.
