This photo is of the location where I took the photo of the Presidential Palace. All of the buildings on both sides of this street were removed to build a tree-filled park facing the palace. The Monseigneur Bar was the first bar I visited in Saigon. I did not care for it... and found the bars one block over on the old Tu Do Street to be more friendly.
