More than 1 Million hits in May 2009

Hi everyone, just want to say thanks for your patience as we got this new message board set up. It's a big transition, but when I checked the logs today ichiban1.org got over 1,000,000 hits in May (that's a record). The site served up over 15 Gigabytes of data in May, with close to 150 Gigabytes served in the last year (since July 2008).

I guess what I'm saying is... this site's getting some serious traffic and it's good we have a stable board that shouldn't get spam-flooded or fall apart again .

Here's the big numbers if you want to take a peek. The right-hand monthly total "hits" column is the impressive one. The site will definitely reach over 10 million hits in the year from Jul 2008 - Jun 2009!

Wow! Does this put us up there with the BIG BOYS, haha. On a serious note however, its good that all our brothers and our times are being remembered by so many.

Wow!! But what does this actually mean? Are people exploring this site or os the site being bombarded by Spamers?

Hah, probably a combination of both . Have to wonder how many of those hits are Google and Yahoo spidering the site too.

Oh it was probably me ! LOL at least 3/4 of a million hits could have been me..... that is a boat load of hits .... wow...
