Mike Canavan and PV1 Ramirez, former and current Charlie Company Men enjoy lunch and chat in the Charlie Company Mess Hall.  Private Ramirez gained my complete respect when he first sat down and, before saying a word, bowed his head to silently pray before lunch.  We are ever so fortunate as a nation to have these brave and spiritual men willing to volunteer for Infantry Service in the face of almost certain deployment to the war in Iraq!
