ATTENTION! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The PX was just beginning to get "off the ground" in 2003 when it was temporarily "put on hold". The concept has never been developed so we are abandoning the project. If someone wishes to volunteer setting up a "shop" where items could be purchased, please be in touch with  Historian, Jim Sheppard .

The Original "PX page has been modified & only a few items are still offered (See below). 

We recommend you search the internet for various items related to the 50th Infantry. eBay generally has items related to our regiment up for purchase or competitive bidding. Other commercial retailers offer clothing items, etc..."Cafe Press" being one that comes to mind.

These Document DVD's are no longer available for order "Carte Blanche" on-line.

Our Association has funded the gathering of thousands of pages of documentation, mostly acquired by historian Jim Sheppard in countless research trips to the National Archives Records Administration facility at College Park, Maryland. The records are available on Data DVDs and are sold at reunions by the Historian in the Association Archives Display room. We are willing to share on a case by case approval basis. Researchers should contact the Association via the link below. Association Members should contact Jim Sheppard using the same link if interested in Documentation.

Statuettes

Bronze replica statuette of "A Tribute to a Fallen Comrade" by Wyoming artist Ben Foster made in honor of those 1/50 soldiers
who gave their lives in Viet Nam from 1967 - 70. The full sized statue was presented by the Association to the 1/50 Battalion in April 2003.
